What is Independence?

Fireworks celebrates the opportunity to be free,
To make decisions the way you want your life to be.
What does independence mean to you?
Have your choices guided you to be happy in all you do?
If you have the gift of life and the blessing to be free,
Choosing wisely is the key.
Hopefully your choices successfully work for you,
Hopefully people in your life are ones you’re glad you knew.
If you realize choices you made don’t feel joyfully free,
To let you to live peaceful and productive as you can be.
Independence means you have the choice to change your path,
If you feel past decisions have caused you a negative wrath.
If you’re fortunate to be alive,
You have the choice to refocus your life drive.
Fireworks symbolizes the opportunity to be free,
Luckily you can choose the way you want your life to be.
