We're close to getting groups to function the way we want, as of this writing some bugs still exist though. Many of you may have noticed the link to groups on the primary link bar up top. We'll make a formal announcement when we feel everything is working at a level we want. We're pretty excited by the possibilities and look forward to people taking advantage of the opportunities to create custom learning communities which meet specific needs / desires.

Please tell us what we can do to help people create and join groups.. short of adding time to your already busy days :). If there is a usability issue, or a feature that you are looking for, please share with us so we can make this site a place where educators come to gather, share and learn (consistently). We believe in the idea of virtual professional learning communities and see the groups feature as a way to further specify the interest of educators. Please let us know your thoughts.
