Define the spelling words:
I helped the students with most of their homework. They had to copy from the board.
Here are the spelling/vocabulary words:
heredity: characterisitics from one's parents
reproduction: having babies (offspring)
characteristics: (examples) color, shape, size, height, weight
lobes: parts of ear, lungs, brain
double eyelid: eyelid with two lines
dimple: a dent in the cheek or chin
dyed hair: hair that is colored by a dye
surgically-changed eyelids: eyelids that have been cut by a doctor to create 2 lines (instead of one)

(Students need to do the last two on their own. They need to look up the definitions in a dictionary; perhaps an online dictionary. Pictures count as definitions, whenever possible. It is not possible for "inherit" or "diabetes".).
