Planning Pyramid in Action

Hello Everyone, 

In order to give you a better idea of the differentiation planning pyramid I posted about earlier I wanted to attach a sample of how I used it with a fifth grade class for a reading/writing lesson about poetry.

Autobiography - Student Trading Cards (Baseball Cards)

Student created non-fiction autobiography in the form of a trading card.

Grades 3-5
Learning Target(s)/Objective(s) for This Lesson: 
Students will understand and be able to identify non-fiction in the form of a biography. They will create their own personal non-fiction/autobiography in the form of a "Student Trading Card".
