Yes! The city knows more about education than educators!
No! Three bureaucracies --the state, the feds and the district-- are too many already!
No! What do politicians and city bureacrats know about school reform and education?
Undecided. Who cares?
No! The feds should come in a make a charter school with uncertificated teachers and no unions!
